Bennett's Notary Public Services provides services to landlords and homeowners who are in need of preparing court documents for an eviction such as: summary ejectments, money judgements and Writs of Execution. We notarize and e-notarize loan documents and provide a diversity of services appropriate to meet your business and personal notarial needs. Our professional experience allows a wide variety of notarizations.

Fees

• Bennett's Notary Public Services specializes in traveling to: client's homes, places of business, hospitals, libraries or any predetermined meeting location.
• Filing court documents are $75 - $100 per case for administrative fees excluding clerk of court fees. (Less than what an attorney would ever offer)!
  (We travel to the court house for you to file all the necessary documents for your cases and you can do all of this over the phone or email with your information).
• Only $5* per general notarized signature and $10* per general e-notary signature. (State of North Carolina standard for all notaries). Free travel fee quote given on the phone.
• Loan documents begin at $100 to $200** (Cash or Company Check gladly received as payment.)

**Travel fee included, free quote given on phone. (An additional $25-$75 for addresses that are more than 25 miles, last minute/emergency calls and or during a Holiday.)

To expedite the signing of any document, Clients/Borrowers will need:

1. Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:

North Carolina Driver's License

North Carolina Identification Card

Two credible witness's (for a person who does not have current ID)

Mexico Driver's License

US Passport

US Military ID Card

Inmate ID Card

Other State* Driver's License

(*Will be electronically verified)

Other State Identification Card , Canada Driver's License

Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS

ID card issued by the USCIS (Notarization of USCIS forms only)
